As a San Diego Native, Tara Aftahi has expert knowledge on all areas of San Diego, specifically in the North County coastal areas of La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carmel
Valley and Rancho Santa Fe. As a graduate from The University of California, Irvine in June 2017, Tara was able to find a job working for the Irvine Company. In doing so, Tara discovered her passion and desire to work in Real Estate.
Aside from her interest in working with others, Tara also enjoys professional dancing which began at the ripe young age of three. Tara’s dedication to her dance training has lasted over twenty years and has taught her, and continues to teach her, great discipline. She has been able to apply this discipline in all aspects of her life, including working in Real Estate. Tara’s disciplined demeanor allows her to carefully work alongside each of her clients knowing exactly when to time the market and how to properly negotiate on her clients’ behalf.
In her free time, if she is not at enjoying San Diego’s sunny beaches or barbecuing with her family, Tara is typically teaching dance or taking a dance class.
In pursuing her dreams, Tara has learned the importance of achieving personal goals, helping each of her clients find their dream, in a home.
As she now works with Windermere Homes & Estates, Tara looks forward to offering a new level of service to her clients, utilizing Windermere’s tools & technology through each transaction.
