A Texas native, Teresa began her Real Estate career as a 1031 Exchange Accommodator and Investment Property Consultant in the Austin/San Antonio area in 2001. Her background also includes great familiarity with title insurance and escrow practices as she held an escrow position with a national title insurance company handling a high volume of refi and resale transactions. Several years ago she decided to relocate, settle and practice her business in beautiful North San Diego County.
With over 16 years in the industry, thousands of 1031 exchange and real estate transactions, facilitating over $450 million in 1031 exchange and escrow transactions, Teresa offers a unique, full service real estate experience. She is well versed in everything from listing, marketing, negotiating and closing, to planning, structuring and strategizing 1031 exchanges and guiding clients with everything in between. Throughout her career Teresa has been an industry leader sharing her expertise through education, training, and mentoring while representing her clients with a true passion and desire to help them obtain their goals and come out ahead.
